The INCO-NET will focus on the bi-regional coordination of S&T cooperation between the EU-Member States, Associated States and the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

The project partners document the strong bilateral links between the two regions as an asset for enhanced dialogue and cooperation in a multilateral environment.
