Training workshop helps South Caucacus participants benefit from EU's FP7

From 6-8 May 2009 a Training Workshop was organized in Tbilisi by the Georgia National Science Foundation (GNSF) in the frame of project "S&T International Cooperation Network for Eastern European and Central Asian Counties", IncoNet EECA, funded by the 7th Framework Programme for research and Technological Development (FP7).

The event was aimed at supporting activities of FP7 National Contact Points of South Caucasus countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia and thus facilitate international S&T cooperation of the 3 countries with EU in the frame of FP7.

Around 15 trainees benefited from training and consultations of 2 EU high-level experts/trainers representatives of PRAXI / HELP-FORWARD Network (Greece), IncoNet EECA project Consortium member: Dr. Vassilios Tsakalos (Co-ordinator) and Dr. Epaminondas Christofilopoulos (Expert, Technology Transfer Consultant).
