Workshop on EU-EECA cooperation in the field of ‘Environment’ - Conclusions

The International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) organized a Workshop in the Thematic Priority of FP7 ‘Environment’ in order to identify topics of mutual EECA – EU interest that could be included in the Calls of FP7. The conclusions of this workshop are now available.

Invited to this workshop were experts with significant experience in the field of ‘Environment’ and more specifically in ‘Conservation and sustainable management of natural man-made resources and biodiversity’ with a particular focus on a) integrated resources management, b) water resources, and c) soil research and desertification.

This workshop was considered an important opportunity for both EU and EECA to put forward their priorities for joint activities in the context of FP7.
